The Dorian Grey Gallery

Most exhibitions feature a range of graffiti-themed works, alongside contemporary figurative pieces, keeping form with true urban style. Recently, the Dorian Grey Gallery garnered some real street-art credibility when Kenny Scharf dropped in unexpectedly and spontaneously painted a mural on the gallery's roll down gate. Scharf, whose prolific work graced many walls in the City during the graffiti heyday of the 80's, once lived across the street from the gallery's current location. Dorian Grey Gallery is a joint venture between veteran art dealers, Christopher Pusey and Luis Accorsi.
