Guy Vincent

Guy-Vincent is an internationally recognized American artist blurring the boundaries between visual art, videography, and new media. He is widely known as the pioneer of Symbol Art for his distinctive and innovative use of Unicode characters, text, glyphs, and symbols on Twitter.


His artwork has been exhibited and collected in the United States and abroad including the Museo Civico d'Arte Contemporanea, Spoleto, Italy; Eaton Corporation World Headquarters, KeyCorp Headquarters, and the Mayor’s Office, Moss, Norway.


Commissions and public art projects include a large-scale 168’ installation for University Hospitals, Cleveland, Ohio; six mixed media site-specific works for Eaton Corporation’s Learning and Technology Center; and a large work for Hotel Giardino, Pisa, Italy.


In addition to his visual art background he has performed music at the infamous CBGB’s in New York City, as well as, spoken word performances with poet laureate Daniel Thompson. Guy-Vincent divides his time between studios in Cleveland, Tampa and New York. For additional information please visit:
