Elliot,
I am truly sorry for wasting your time. I had understood from my office that they had clarified the situation with you yesterday , but clearly not.
Best wishes,
Freya

Sincere apologies Eliot. We were given under 30 plastic clips for the badges and these ran out very quickly. We ordered more from security as soon as we received them and we are awaiting for them to be delivered. We certainly did not stage any of this and sincere apologies for the lack of clips as well as the human error of including you in the press list for the press call to take photos of the fair.
Regards,
Claire

Dear Elliot,
I was not involved in the conversations between Freya and Elizabeth but as Elizabeth does not work on the Masterpiece account. I don’t know why she was informing you and the press call was only intended for camera crew.
The press badge or pass, as we had been led to believe, was going to come with a clip but on the day security presented us with the cards and limited clips. A series of misfortunate events and as mentioned your name was included incorrectly in the press list as Emma and I have apologised for.

Dear Elliot,
I apologise for any inconvenience and upset caused by this situation, either through my team or myself. We have indeed ordered clips from security and the organisers, but they ran out and are awaiting delivery as are we. I hope that we can now resume a normal dialogue. However, do let me know if you would prefer us to remove from our press list.
Best wishes,
Freya
