José Alberto Cabranes is a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and a member of the three-judge United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, designated in May 2018 as Presiding Judge of the Presiding Judge of the FISCR.
Jose Cabranes, a US appeals judge, said the public’s right to know the content of the documents outweighed the privacy rights of people who wanted to keep them secret.
THE EXTENT of Prince Andrew’s alleged connection with Jeffrey Epstein, who is accused of sex trafficking offences, will be exposed as thousands of secret documents are to be released.
About 2,000 documents are set to be released from a 2015 US defamation case involving Virginia Roberts, an alleged victim of sex trafficking at the hands of billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Last week, Epstein was charged with trafficking a “vast network of underage victims”, with girls as young as 14 involved.
Ms Roberts claims she was forced by Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, in London, New York and the Caribbean.
The Duke has always strongly denied all claims.
